I was ready for a challenging kriya this morning. By the end, I was energized. I pondered how a strong body relates to a strong mind - strong being.
Day 9 - Heading up today
Today I head up to the ironwood tree. 4 nights - 5 days. See you on the other side.

I brought the last of my belongings up to the sacred ironwood tree. It was sunny - felt like a gift.

I decided to cut off my braid in sacred ceremony.
