Last night, I slept in the cabin. I signed up for a 20-hour Trauma Sensitive Yoga Training and it started at 6:00 am today, Hawaii time. Plus, I needed to get in my little sadhana before class and didn’t want my phone up with me at the ironwood tree (so I knew what time it was). I slept well. It was very windy, and I felt relieved that I was in the cabin, cozy on a bed. It reminded me to be kind to myself and not feel guilty about sleeping down here in the cabin. About twenty minutes into the training the electricity and wifi went out so no training for me. I’ll take it another weekend. The upside is that tonight is the full moon, and I won’t be worried about getting back down the slope for my second day of training. So, I will be under the Ironwood tree and under the full moon tonight. Perhaps that should be my focus today. It ended up raining and blowing all day. I’ll do my full moon ceremony on the roofed porch and sleep in the cabin again.

Kriya: Icing on the cake since I thought I would be doing yoga all day with the training!

Mantra: Same mantras – Ek Ong Kar, Mul Mantra, Ganpati Mantra

Meal time – Oatmeal with banana and papaya, focus on water today, black beans with avocado, salad.

Owl - This morning, I peeked off the porch and greeted the moon – it was predawn and I was about to do my sadhana, and as I greeted the moon in the distance, a bird flew across the view. I think it was the owl. I don’t want to say it was 100% but it was nighttime, it was not small – I like to think so! Thank you owl.

Mantra Artist Inspiration - Ongkar Meditation with Krishna Kaur

Inspiration - the power of the moon and anticipation of ceremony tonight. Join me in letting go, asking for gifts from ancestors - believing in magic. and the owl.
